This project is a flatted development of 100 flats near Musselburgh for a private developer. The flats are of timber frame construction and are arranged in 2 'L' shaped blocks of 4 and 5 storey with an underground car park, accessed from the landscaped north-facing courtyard.
The flats to the south all feature large balconies and all are designed with large windows to maximise the daylight levels within the properties.
