This project is a new-build 3-storey office building for Clyde Valley Housing Association, located in the centre of Motherwell on a gap site adjacent to Motherwell Cathedral. The building is contemporary in appearance and is a steel frame construction with highly insulated steel-framed external wall panels. The external walls are clad in grey terracotta tiles and smooth white render panels.

 

The building achieved a 'Very Good' BREEAM rating and provides the client with spacious modern office facilities.
