This new build house for a private client is situated in a semi rural location and enjoys extensive views over open countryside to the north east.

The house is arranged along an east/west axis with a through and through internal arrangement that allows sunlight to penetrate deep into the plan while the main public rooms exploit the northerly aspect.

The enclosing fabric of the building along with heating and ventilation systems have been designed to achieve 'level six' in relation to the Code for Sustainable Homes, all with a view to future proofing the building as far as possible in relation to energy consumption.
