This project comprises 25 houses and flats in 3 terraces, built on a gap site in a 1950's tenemental block within the Arden area of Glasgow, near Thornliebank.

The project includes an enclosed communal rear garden for the tenants. All properties include underfloor heating throughout and 6  houses have air-source heat pumps in lieu of gas boilers. The project achieved a 'Very Good' Ecohomes rating and was insulated to a level 30-50% in excess of the Building Regulation standards current at the time.
