This high density design comprises of 22 flats and 5 terraced townhouses arranged over a two part brown-field site in Cambuslang, Glasgow.

The  project features a block of 3 and 4 storey flats on one site, and a terrace of 2 storey townhouses on the opposite side of the road. The flats sit on a North/South axis and their internal layout has been organised with through and through living/dining areas facing East/West to maximise the amount of natural light and solar gain.

The houses sit on an east/west axis with living rooms and bedrooms facing south and ancillary spaces north.  Allied to this the amount of glazing to the southern facade has been maximised while that to the North has been minimised.
