A large house in the countryside in Caithness, this project for a client with special needs was designed to meet the specific requirements of the client, their family and professional carers. The project sat on a large open site with extensive 360 degree views to exploit.

 

The project comprised a family home and special needs annexe, pool, workshop, stables and bio-mass boiler shed.
